Key Responsibilities for the Role:
  • Ensure quality standards for all finished goods as per company specifications.
  • Conduct routine QC checks: physical and visual inspection of finished products.
  • Maintain and update QA/QC documentation and reporting logs.
  • Monitor batch-wise quality parameters and highlight deviations immediately.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, GMP, and other relevant quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality concerns in real time.
  • Reduce quality complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure sampling procedures and retention sample management.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality SOPs across production lines.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control or QA in a food/FMCG setup
• Strong understanding of FSSAI and basic food safety norms
• Comfortable working in a production environment with daily on-floor checks
• Good documentation and reporting skills
