Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor as per production plans
  • Ensure shift-wise targets are met with minimum downtime and wastage
  • Allocate work to operators and helpers based on skills and workload
  • Monitor output, productivity, and line efficiency on a daily basis
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, hygiene, and safety norms
  • Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and stores teams for smooth operations
  • Handle on-floor issues and resolve them in real time
  • Maintain production records, shift reports, and attendance data
  • Train and guide workers on processes, discipline, and best practices
  • Take ownership of shop-floor execution and operational discipline

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI preferred with 1-2 years of relevant production supervision experience
  • Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or factory operations preferred
  • Basic understanding of production processes, SOPs, quality, and safety norms
