Barosi is an authentic food brand celebrating Bharat through traditional products such as ghee, honey, oils, and pickles. We are building a fast-growing direct-to-consumer business and are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who can drive measurable growth across digital channels.
Role Purpose
The D2C Growth Manager will be responsible for complete P&L ownership. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and performance optimization across all direct-to-consumer channels. The role focuses on managing performance marketing, marketplace growth levers, campaign execution, and continuous experimentation to improve conversion and retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. D2C Revenue Growth
Own revenue targets for D2C channels including website and performance-driven acquisition platforms
Plan and execute growth strategies to improve traffic, conversion rate, and repeat purchase metrics
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions where required
2. Performance Marketing Management
Manage paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, and other performance platforms
Track campaign performance, optimize ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics
Work closely with creative and brand teams to ensure campaign creatives align with performance goals
3. Funnel and Conversion Optimization
Analyze website funnel performance including landing pages, checkout, and subscription journeys
Identify drop-off points and implement A/B testing initiatives to improve conversions
Coordinate with tech, product, and design teams for implementation of growth experiments
4. Data Tracking and Reporting
Maintain dashboards for traffic, revenue, CAC, LTV, and campaign performance
Generate periodic performance reports and present insights to leadership
Use analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with brand, operations, and supply teams to align growth campaigns with inventory and business priorities
Ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns, launches, and seasonal growth initiatives
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of D2C business metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate
Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
Ability to plan, execute, and optimize growth experiments
Strong ownership and execution capability
Experience & Qualification
Atleast 3-5 years of experience in D2C growth, performance marketing roles
Experience working in consumer brands
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
